Join Advocate, the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association (JLSLA), London Young Lawyers Group (LYLG), Middle Temple Young Barristers’ Association (MTYBA), Pro Bono Connect and the Young Barristers’ Committee (YBC) at this exciting Pro Bono Week event for young barristers and solicitors.
Taking place Tuesday 5th of November, from 6-8.30pm, at Macfarlanes LLP.
Doors open at 6pm; 6.15-7.15pm panel speakers; 7.15-8.30pm networking.
This event is open to practising barristers, solicitors, paralegals, and trainees, at the beginning of their legal careers.
Topics covered include:

- The support on offer to you when taking on pro bono work
- Practical tips on how to effectively fit in pro bono work alongside a busy, paid practice
- How pro bono work can benefit your career
- How barristers and solicitors can work together through Pro Bono Connect to deliver pro bono assistance
- Expert tips on how to manage vulnerable clients while maintaining professional boundaries
- Plenty of time for networking!
