Making the Business Case for Pro Bono: BPP University, Leeds Beckett University and Sheffield Hallam University

Join us as we mark Pro Bono Week 2022 with this special collaborative event. Hosted by BPP University, Leeds Beckett University and Sheffield Hallam University, with an introduction by David Barraclough, Chair of the Access to Justice Foundation – Yorkshire, our panel will consider the benefits of pro bono in practice, as well as perceived barriers that may prevent lawyers engaging in pro bono work. Our panellists will share their experiences of delivering pro bono services, particularly in partnership with a law school. There will be opportunity for a Q and A.
