Pro Bono Week 2024 OFFICIAL LAUNCH: “the Power of Pro Bono”

We are delighted to invite you to join our Pro Bono Week launch event which for the first time is taking place simultaneously in London and Edinburgh.
Join the Solicitor General of England & Wales, Sarah Sackman KC MP and the Advocate General for Scotland Catherine Smith KC for the simultaneously live streamed keynote speeches in London and Edinburgh and then let our panel of inspirational speakers bring their pro bono life stories to you shared through the client voice, demonstrating the life changing impact of pro bono work.
A networking reception in our exhibition of pro bono stories will follow the panel with a valuable chance to meet people from across the legal and access to justice sectors with a shared interest in pro bono work of all kinds.

The event will be jointly chaired from London by Toby Brown, Chair of the UK Pro Bono Week organising committee and from Edinburgh by Neil Mackenzie KC, Convenor of the Free Legal Services Unit and Keeper of the Library.
