Film Screening & Panel Event #RethinkingRefugee – Bristol Pro Bono Group – [invitation only]

“For Sama” Film Screening with an information session hosted by ACH (Ashley Community & Housing) on #RethinkingRefugee.
The event will consist of an information session hosted by Fuad Mahamed, CEO of ACH, to discuss the great work ACH are doing in the local community and how the local legal profession can play a key role in #RethinkingRefugee; followed by a screening of the documentary film “For Sama” which tells the story of Waad al-Kateab’s life through five years of the uprising in Aleppo and her experiences raising her daughter while cataclysmic conflict rises around her.
