In celebration of UK Pro Bono Week, we’re partnering with a leading global law firm to help nonprofit organisations and early-stage social enterprises understand the UK legal landscape and choose the right structure.
The webinar aims to provide nonprofits and social enterprises with a high-level overview of key UK legal structures, then dive deeper into three main options- CICs, limited companies, and CIOs—including the main issues, principles, and pros and cons of each. After each option, lawyers will answer pre-submitted questions in a live Q&A.
