Amazon’s in-house lawyers will talk contract basics for your not-for-profit, highlighting key clauses and what to look out for.
To kick off US Pro Bono Week 2021, UK volunteers from Amazon’s in-house legal team will take you through the basics of a contract including:
- Basic contract law
- Key clauses
- What to look out for before agreeing a contract
Format: this will be a on online talk and will include a Q&A session at the end.
Audience: this talk is appropriate for anyone who works at a governance level at a small not-for-profit or charity.
